If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:
- We receive the returned product within 60 days of you receiving your order. (*Extended due to COVID-19*)
- The returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
- You comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product.
- None of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.
- Printed copy of our returns form is completed and within the parcel with your returned item(s).
The following types of product may not be returned under this policy:
- Gift cards
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.
We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in any event, within 10 days following the day we receive your returned product. If you feel we have not acted within this time scale in issuing your refund, please email our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org who will assist you further.
Please note any items returned that are covered in animal or human hair may not be exchanged or refunded.
If you have chosen the wrong size/colour, no problem just fill out the exchange section of the returns form and return the item to us in the post.
Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size/colour.
Please note if the alternative item is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you and it will be up to you whether you want to wait for the item to come back into stock or whether you want a refund.
If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:
- We will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product.
- We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
- If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
In the unfortunate event that you receive an incorrect item, or you believe it to be faulty, please email our customer service team email@example.com who will be able to assist you further and advise how to proceed with the return.

Please note: Returning items are the responsibility of the sender, until the parcel has been received by the Pro18 Sports returns team. It is advisable to use a trackable postal service or purchasing parcel insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
