Unfortunately due to the current circumstances we will only be dispatching Monday - Friday. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday so don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend!

In order to protect both parties we encourage you to refuse any delivery that may seem tampered or damaged in any way. This could include any holes in the outer packaging, the parcel being opened, ripped/re-taped.
If you decide to refuse a delivery please get in touch with our Customer Service Team (email@example.com) as soon as possible so that we can raise an investigation and resolve the issue.
Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any package that is tampered or damaged if it has been signed for by yourself.
If for any reason the courier cannot make the delivery at the address you provided and your order is returned to us, you will be automatically issued a refund for your order minus any delivery charges paid.
You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing/damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period.
Please ensure that you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation. (this does not affect the regular returns policy timescale).
